Ingredients

1 kgMaida/ All purpose flour
1 cupcurd
as neededOil to deep fry
1/4 tspkesher(saffron) food colour
2 kgsugar
as neededWater
1 pinchfood colour

Steps

Take a mixing bowl add maida,curd&water makes a smooth jalebi batter.R est it 2 hour.

Heat enough ghee or oil.Take a souce bottle,filled the batter makes jalebi.Deepfry the jalebi on mediumflame

Makes 1 Strain sugar syrup.put the hot jalebi on sugar syrup.Keep it 5 mints,than Transfer it on a plate.

Jalebi is ready to serve. Garnishing with pistachio serve it immediately.
