Bombay chutney onion besan chutney
Steps

In a bowl mix 2 cups of water and gram flour without any lumps.

Heat oil in a pan and then add mustard, cumin, urad dal and gram dal.

Then add chopped garlic, ginger, dried chilli and curry leaves.

Now add chopped onion and green chilli and saute well.

Once the onion turns to white, add the chopped tomatoes and saute well.

Now add turmeric powder, hing powder and salt and mix well.

Then add the gram flour mixture to the pan and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Then cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes.

At last sprinkle the coriander leaves mix well.
Serve with hot chapathi and puri.
