  • 2 cuprice
  • 1/3 cupnolengur
  • 1desicated coconut
  • To taste salt
  • 20-22sal leaves

Steps

    Wash &soak the rice 2-3 hour.Griend it to makes a paste.I can use liquid nolen gur.

    Heat 3cup water,sslt&nolen gur mix it well.Whenever the water becomes little warm add the rice batter & countinuously stir it till it's becomes dry &makes a doft dough.Take a ball dize from dough flat it on salleaf stuff the desecatedcoconut &fold it with salleaf.

    Heat a steamer add 2 glass water.Take a strainer plate put the prepared enduri pitha &steamed 20mints.After 20 mints nolengurer enduri Pitha is ready.

    Serve with nolen gur or any tupe of curry.
