4chicken thighs
2 teaspoonshoney or maple syrup
1 teaspoonpaprika
1 teaspoongarlic powder
1/2 teaspoonsoy sauce

Steps

Wash the chicken thighs thoroughly with alcohol and water

Marinate with all the ingredients and let sit for 10 minutes

Microwave the chicken for two minutes
4

Place the chicken in the air fryer at 330°F for 20 minutes, then flip the chicken and cook for an additional 10 minutes
