Ingredients

2વ્યકિત
  • 1/2કપ રવો
  • 1/4કપ ખાંડ (સ્વાદ મુજબ)
  • 1/4કપ ઘી
  • 1/4કપ બલાનચ પાલક ની પેસ્ટ
  • 1,1/2કપ હુંફાળુ પાણી
  • 1ટી.સ્પૂન ઈલાયચી પાવડર
  • 1ટે.સ્પૂન બદામ પીસ્તા કતરણ

Steps

    સૌ પ્રથમ તો એક કડાઈ માં ઘી લઈ ધીમા તાપે તેમાં રવો શેકી લો.સહેજ ગુલાબી કલર આવે એટલે તેમાં પાણી ઉમેરી સતત હલાવતા રહો.

    પાણી બળી જાય એટલે તેમાં ખાંડ અને પાલક ની પેસ્ટ ઉમેરી બરાબર મીક્ષ કરી ઘી છુટું પડે ત્યાં સુધી હલાવતા રહો.

    હવે તેમાં ઈલાયચી પાવડર ઉમેરી બરાબર મીક્ષ કરી લો.

    હવે એક થાળી ની પાછળ ઘી લગાવી આ મિશ્રણ ને પાતળું ફેલાવી દો. તેના પર બદામ પીસ્તા કતરણ ભભરાવીને ચોરસ પીસ કરીને અથવા એક બાઉલમાં કાઢી ને બદામ પીસ્તા કતરણ ભભરાવીને સજાવી ને પીરસો.
