Cooking Instructions

Take a blender and add sweet corn and salt and blend into paste.

Take a bowl and add corn meal flour, sweet corn paste, all purpose flour and mix nicely to make a dough.

Dust some flour and roll into chapathi
Cut into round chapathi with round mould.
Cut again horizontally into 2 semi circle shape - 4
Apply slurry of all purpose flour and water to the corner roll into cone shape and keep aside to dry for 10 to 15 minutes

Heat oil in a wok and add cones and deep fry them, later transfer into paper towel.

Take a bowl put chopped onions, coriander leaves, red chili powder, chopped bell peppers, corn, chat masala, salt, lime juice and mix nicely.

Stuff this mixture inside the cone and transfer into serving plate.
