Heat oil in a kadhai, add sliced onions and slit green chillies and fry till golden then add ginger garlic paste saute.

Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt and chopped tomatoes mix well.till oil leaves sides.

Add cauliflower florets and potatoes mix well with the masala. Add a little water and cover to cook.

Meanwhile, in another pan add 1tsp oil and saute the green peas and then add this to the sabzi. Let it cook for another 5mins or till the vegetables are tender and dry.

Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with roti or rice.
