Mix all the dry ingredients well then add oil and mix again until well blended.

Add water gradually and knead to a sticky but firm dough,, on a clean surface knead for around 10mins while stretching forward. Oil your bowl,, put your dough and cover for 1hr with a clean cloth or cling film to rise.

Grease bread tin with oil, after one hr, remove your dough from the bowl and divide into two balls. Roll them a little bit and place in your tins and spread to all edges,, let it rise again for 30mins or 1hr. Make cuts with a knife but not deep cuts.

Place in a preheated oven and bake for 30-35mins at 180d. You will know your bread is ready when you tap it on top n it produces a hollow sound.. Let it cool completely and serve
