Boil peas for 2 minutes with just enough water to cover the peas with little salt and pinch of sugar.It should be just soft and not mushy.Strain any moisture in it.

Heat clarified butter or butter and sprinkle cumin seeds.When they splutter,add the peas and toss.Add black pepper,chaat masala and salt to taste.Sprinkle chopped coriander and lemon juice and toss.Serve hot as a side dish or appetiser with crackers,bread or simply enjoy a bowlful of nutritious green pearls as an evening snacks.
