Ingredients

  1. 2Potato
  2. 1/2 cupFresh green peas
  3. 2Onion
  4. 2Tomato
  5. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  6. 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  7. 1 tspCumin seeds
  8. 1/2 tspRoasted cumin powder
  9. 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  10. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tspGaram masala powder
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 2-3 tbspOil
  14. as neededChopped coriander leaves

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in pressure cooker and splutter cumin seed.Saute ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste for few seconds.Add chopped onion and cook till soften.

    Saute all mentioned spices, salt for few seconds.Add chopped tomatoes and cook till mashy and soften.

    Add chopped potato and peas,saute for few minutes.add 1/2cup of water,mix all together and cover with lid.

    Pressure cook till 3 to 4 whistles, switch off the flame.Let the release pressure itself,open the lid,mix well,sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves, serve with roti or rice.
