Ingredients

  • 1 packetmushrooms cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cupMalai
  • 2onion chopped
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspcumin powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspCoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadhai add oil and cumin seeds.then add Onion and green chilli.cook it for two minutes.now add mushrooms and mix it.add all spices and mix again.cook it for two minutes.then add Malai and cook it for two minutes again.add Coriander leaves and serve hot.
