Steps

Cut the carrot & potatoes into small pieces. Wash them with fresh water.

Heat mustard oil in a karahi & when aroma smells away, add chopped onions.Cook till they become translucent.

Add all the ingredients & saute.Add grinded tomatoes & cook till oil spreads from corners.

Add all the veggies & cover the karahi,Cook on low flame till the veggies properly cooked.

Serve hot with chapati.
