Need healthy pizza ; I have used broccoli and wheat flour for pizza base.

For pizza cups we need broccoli, green capsicum, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, pizza sauce, mustard sauce, cottage cheese or tofu

First of all wash broccoli properly and grind it with garlic cloves

After grinding it take it out in the bowl and add salt egg and wheat flour

Mix all the ingredients properly

Set it properly in the baking mould

Now bake it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes on 150 °degree Celsius

When come out a nice golden colour take it out from the oven

Let it cool

Now pour pizza sauce, tomato sauce, add chopped onion.

Now add mashed tofu, cheese,green capsicum, red capsicum,yellow Capsicum, pickled Jalapeno

Bake it for 5 minutes again and sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes
