Ingredients

  1. 2chopped boiled eggs
  2. 1/2 cupchopped boiled potatoes
  3. 1/4 cupboiled beans
  4. 1/2 cupchopped boiled carrots
  5. 1/4 teaspooncrashed black paper
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 teaspoonoilve Oil
  8. 1chopped onions
  9. 1chopped green chillies
  10. 1/2 cupchopped tomato
  11. 1/2 cupchopped cucumber

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a frypan put some Olive oil into it and heat it on stove. Put chopped boiled potatoes, carrots and beans into it with salt as required and saut it for 5-8 minutes in a low medium flame. Stop the flame immediately.

    Now take a bowl, put the chopped onions and green chilli with one pinch of salt into it and mix properly by rubbing with your hand.

  3. 3

    Now add the chopped boiled eggs with chopped cucumber, tomato into it. Add those sauted carrot, potatoes and beans with it and give it a perfect mix.

    Healthy Fitness Salad is ready to serve. Enjoy my salad recipe, try it at home and keep fit always.
