Fried yam and vegetable sauce
Healthy and easy to make.
Cooking Instructions

Peel yam and cut to desired shape. Fry and keep aside

Chop the tomatoes, pepper and red bell paper.

In a pot, add oil and ginger and garlic paste. Fry on low heat for 30 secs. Add the chopped ingredients and fry for 5-10 min on medium heat.

Add 1/2 cup of water, seasoning, salt and spices. Cover the pot and cook for further 10 mins

Wash and cut spinach add salt and hot water. Allow to sit for 1min and drain.

Add the spinach to the pot and stir. Add spring onions and simmer for 5 mins. Food is ready
- 7
Serve with fried yam or boiled yam. You can garnish with boiled egg (optional).
