Kal husband ko chicken tikka khane ka dil horha tha .or hum aj kal bazar ke khano ko avoid krna chah rhehen(corona virus safety precautions) to socha kion na ghar me tikkay bana ke hubby ko khush kia jaey.. And believe me bazar se b ziada tasty tikkay bane.Sb ne boht shok se khaya Mashallah :)

Ingredients

I kg chicken
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tspred chilli
1 tspgaram masala
2 tbspshan tikka masala
2 tbspshan bihari masala
1lemon juice
Halfcup yoghurt
Salt
Halfcup oil

Steps

Marinate chicken in all ingredients for 4 to 5 hours

In a pan heat oil put marinated chicken in it and cover the lid..let it cook in steam

Stir the chicken lightly after an hour then cover again until all water dried.. Dish out chicken and serve with ketchup and raita
