Icecream by Fresh Cream Without Cooking

Take a grinding jar add Amul fresh cream. Close the lid and blend it for 15 min on fulltop in middle off the mixy for 10-15 sec. Will get frothy mix.

Add sugar. Blend for 5 more min. With 5 sec off in middle.

To get more creamy and smooth IceCream add full fat milk with it's cream and milk powder. Add vanilla essence. Blend it again for 5 min. With 5 sec off in middle. Base is ready.

Take a different bowls add kiwi crush in one bowl. Add black grapes crush in second bowl. Pinch of cardamom powder in third bowl. Pour IceCream base in all bowl. Mix it well

Blend it again differently. Will get different IceCreams

Put in the airtight container. Cover with foil so the ice crystals doesn't form on top of IceCream. Cover the container. Put it in the freezer for 8-10 hrs. Once it get freeze and take it out serve in bowl and enjoy.
