Peel potatoes cut in rounds keep it in water add salt.

Take mixing bowl add besan salt red chilli powder cumin seeds and water to make batter rest it for 10 min add baking soda mix it

Heat oil in pan add tsp of hot oil in batter mix it dip slices in batter and deep fry it in hot oil till golden and crisp serve with mint chutney or ketchup.
