Mix all the 3 flour in a bowl add salt,curd, ginger, chilli garlic, sugar& asafoetida.

Add chopped spring garlic mix well add oil,baking powder, baking soda and mix well.

Pour ready Dhokla batter in a greased plate sprinkle spring garlic and red chilli powder and place in preheated steamer cover with lid and steam for 20-mins. Or till done.

Open the lid and check.

Serve hot Healthy, Tasty Sattu lahsuni Dhokla in a plate.
