Serves 4 servings

1/2 cupshredded cheese (about 60 grams)
1 cupricotta cheese, mashed (about 250 grams)
2 cupscooked, drained, and chopped broccoli (about 300 grams)
3eggs
1 cupbreadcrumbs (about 100 grams)

Prepare all the ingredients by chopping and getting them ready to mix.

Mix everything together and form regular-sized fritters so they cook evenly.

Lightly oil a baking sheet and bake the fritters until golden brown.
