Rice ko wash kerke hot water main bhigo dain half and hour and if u are using sella so deep in 3 hour

Pulao masala blend krlain zeera Elaichi black Elaichi

Oil pan main garam kerlain aur onion bareek cut kerke tranparant kerlain and add meat

Add salt and mix very well pulao masala o e tabel spoon sugar add also cook five to ten min till oil ooper ajaye and add water

Cook for 30 min medium flame

Aftrr meat is done add carrot carrot cutting fine and thin long

Carrot add meat pulao meterial add kishmish (raisins) add rice and one glass water little add coz pulao meat water also in cook pan

After done rice spread pulao masala jo blend kia tha opper bhi woh hi use kerna hai and dum per rakh dain 15 to 20 min

Serve with any soup aur red spicy chutini
