Ingredients

1boiled beetroot
2 cupwhisk curd
1/2grated cucumber
To tastesalt
1/4 tsproasted cumin powder
1/4 tspred chilli powder
1/4 tspblack pepper powder
1/4 tspblack salt
1/4 tspchaat masala
2 tbspchopped coriander
1 tspchopped mint leaves

Steps

Take curd in a bowl.peel off and grate boiled beetroot.mix in curd.

Add all other ingredients.mix well.garnish with mint leaves.serve with biryani,rice or chapati.
