Ingredients

1 cupBoiled corn kernels
1 cupchopped cucumber
1chopped tomato
2 tbspboiled peanuts
As neededoil
2green chillies chopped
To tastesalt
2 tsplemon juice

Steps

Add oil to kadhai. Add chopped green chillies, boiled corn kernels and boiled peanuts and salt to it and stir it well for 2 to 3 minutes. Keep it to be cool.

Now add chopped cucumber, tomato to it

Add finely chopped coriander and lemon juice and mix it well. Garnish it with chopped coriander. Corn cucumber salad is ready to serve.
