Steps

Peel and wash the potato and carrot cut into cubes. Fry the potato and keep aside

Steam the carrot and peace. Chop the carrot, green and red pepper

In a pan put 5tbs oil and add the onion, carrot and peace fry For 5min, add the peppers maggi, spices and potato fry For 3min. Finished and for the liver souse

Cut the liver,wash and put into a pan. Set fire on it, put small amount of water and cook. Then add the peppers maggi, spices and onion. Cook for 2mint. Eat with coffee by your side 😀
