Heat Cumin seeds, bay leaves, cardamoms both in oil

After a minute add chicken and fry until it's colour changes

Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp Coriander powder, 1 tsp ginger powder

Fry until oil separated

Now add two cup of milk on low flame. Keep stirring

When milk is boiling. Add black pepper powder

Cover and Cook for 5 minutes on low flame

Cook on high flame until desired thickness. At the end add dried fenugreek leaves.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a separate pan add kashmiri chilli powder mix and pour tarka on the Malai Chicken. It's ready. Enjoy
