Remove crust from bread and soak in milk. leave for some min and mash with fork

Then add egg cheese parsley and garlic and mix

Start moulding into 25 balls

Now coat balls into eggs first and then bread crumbs and heat them in vegetable oil

Fry until golden brown and crispy
