1 spoonbutter
1 cupmilk
1Cheese cube
1/2 spoonBlack pepper powder
1 cupmacaroni pasta
1Capsicum

Steps

Heat butter into pan and then add maida and roast till turns pink

Add milk and stir so that lumps not formed

Add grated cheese and mix well, and then add black pepper and salt in it and sauce ready

Add 1 spoon butter in other pan then add capsicum and fry for 3-5 seconds

Now add boil macaroni pasta and mix

Add prepared sauce and then some black pepper and spring onion
