Ingredients

1/2large avocado
1/4 cupolive oil
3/4 cupwater
1 cupflour
1/2 cupcocoa powder
3/4sugar
1 tspbaking soda
1/2 tspsalt
vegan chocolate chips (optional)

Mash avocado really well or put in food processor.

Mix olive oil and water with mashed avocado

Mix dry ingredients and add them into the wet ones

Add chocolate chips

Usually I bake them in cupcake tins at 350F for ~15 min
