Ingredients

  • 250 gmsPotatoes
  • 2 tspcumin seeds
  • 3-4green chillies
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspcumin powder
  • 2 tbspdesi ghee
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil, peel and cut potatoes in cubes.

  2. 2

    Take oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

  3. 3

    Add green chillies.

  4. 4

    Add potatoes, spices and salt and mix gently.

  5. 5

    Cover with lid and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with imli sauce.
