Kolkata egg roll

First, take all-purpose flour in a bowl add all the ingredients and mix it well. By adding water knead it to make soft dough.

Now make small balls from the dough and roll it to make like paratha cook it on preheated tawa from both sides by applying oil.

Now beat one egg in a bowl add black pepper powder and salt mix it.

Now heat a pan or tawa add 1 tsp oil then pour the beaten egg And spread it after few seconds put the prepared paratha on it press it that it stick well, cook from both sides then transfer it to a plate.

Now sprinkle some chopped onion tomato cabbage chaat masala and both the sauces very well. Spread it evenly then wrap it like a roll with tissue paper.
