  1. १ खवलेला नारळ
  2. २ मोठे कांदे उभे चिरलेले
  3. १०-१२ पाकळ्या लसून
  4. १ इंच आलं
  5. कोथिंबीर
  6. तेल
  7. चवीनुसार गरम मसाला
  8. १/२ चमचा हळद

  1. 1

    कढईत तेल घालून त्यात लसूण कांदा आलं गोल्डन ब्राऊन होईपर्यंत भाजून घेणे

    त्यात खवलेला नारळ घालून चांगलं ब्राऊन कलर येईपर्यंत परतून घेणे त्यात गरम मसाला व हळद घालून थोडे परतून घेणे

    मिक्सरला बारीक वाटून हे वाटण आपण कडधान्याचे आमटी उसळी करण्यासाठी वापरू शकतो असे करून ठेवलेले वाटणं फ्रिजमध्ये दोन ते चार दिवस व्यवस्थित टिकते

    कडधान्याची आमटी किंवा उसळी करण्यासाठी कडधान्य वाफवून घेणे व त्यावर हे वाटण घालून आपण आमटी किंव्हा उसळी करू शकतो
