Peal and cut the tomatoes into cubes. Boil in salty water until slightly tender.

In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients into a paste. The paste shouldn't be too thick or too light.

Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Deep the potatoes into the paste, coating the whole potato and fry until light brown
- 4
Serve with a lettuce salad or coconut/tamarind chutney
