Take ghee (room temp.) in a bowl and add one cup maida and two cups moong dal flour. mix is properly. Add half a cup chilled milk. Add sugar powder then chilled water and eno. whisk the batter properly. Your batter should be bit thick but easily spreadable.

Take a nonstick pan. add butter than pour your batter and make a proper round shape. Don't make it much thin.

Let it turn to golden brown.Then serve it with Nutella or caramel syrup
enjoy ur heathy pancake.
