Steps

First wash rice flakes and drain all water keep it aside.

Take boiled potatoes cut into small pieces and chopped onion and chillies

Now take pan add oil and heat next add mustard seeds curry leaves,onion and chill and fry for few seconds

Now add cut potatoes and turmeric powder and mix them
- 5
Now add rice flakes,salt and black pepper powder and mix well and cover the lid jus for 1min then again give a mix switch off the flame.

Serve as evng snacks r breakfast
