Kalakand
Steps

For paneer -
- Take 2 bags of amul milk. Warm it on stove.
- add lemon juice (2lemons) after the milk is hot. - turn off ur burner and keep your vessel on it for 5-10 min. All paneer will gather in center and rest of the water will be separated by itself. - 2
Drain the water and wash paneer with fresh water and remove water from it.
- 3
For kalakand -
- Take a bowl and add paneer to it
- add condensed milk equal to paneer
mix it well
- take a pan and add your mixture to it
- when it is properly done,the mixture will start to loose the edges of pan. Thus kalakand is ready.
