Ingredients

25 minutes
2 Servings
  • 1 cupsabudana
  • 3-4boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 2chilli chopped
  • Salt
  • 1/2Lemon juice
  • Jeera
  • 1/4 cuproasted and crushed peanuts
  • Chopped coriander
  • Oil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl and add sabudana,mashed potato,chopped chilli,lemon juice,salt,crushed Peanuts and mix well to make nice mixture.

  2. 2

    Now make equall sized balls from it.
    Take a kadai Pour oil in it and heat oil.
    When oil get heat then add sabudana vada to it and fry at medium flame.

  3. 3

    Now fry them till Golden brown in colour.
    Now take out sabudana vada.

  4. 4

    Serve sabudana vada with green coriander peanut chutney.
