  1. 3,4medium sized potato diced
  2. 1 tspcumin/jeera
  3. 1/2 tspmustard seed
  4. 1 pinchhing
  5. 3garlic chopped
  6. 1green chilli
  7. 2 tbspoil
  8. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 2 tbspchopped coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan.Add cumin, mustard,garlic,green chilli,hing saute well.

    Now add potatoes mix well.cook for 5,6 minutes in low flame.stir in between

    Now add all the masala powder.mix well cook for 2,3 minutes more.

    Now add salt according to your taste and mix well.cook till potatoes cooked well.

    Now add chopped coriander mix well.our sabzi is ready to serve.
