  • 1/2 kgpotatoes
  • 1 tbspwhole jeera(cumin seeds)
  • 4 tspoil
  • To tasteSalt and red chilli powder
  • 1tdp green chilli
  • As neededCoriander leaves to sprinkle

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes in 2 -3 whistle. Take out it and chill it

    Cut and peel the potatoes. Cut the potatoes.

    Take a wok add oil, jeera, dry spices and green chilli. Saute them and add potatoes.saute well

    Give a stir add coriander. And serve hot.
