After Holi Festival we have a tradition to make Basadi (Thandi Roti) on Every Monday(total 4 Mondays ) we make it and have it on Every Tuesday. These are Jaggery Bhaturas.

After Holi Festival we have a tradition to make Basadi (Thandi Roti) on Every Monday(total 4 Mondays ) we make it and have it on Every Tuesday. These are Jaggery Bhaturas.
Steps

Make Jaggery syrup to prepare dough.

In a mixing Bowl take Flour, fennel seed and til. Add moin and rub the moin with flour and By adding little water prepare a soft dough.

Rest the dough for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Start rolling disc of poori size.
- 5
Heat oil in a kadhai on a high flame and on medium to high flame start deep frying the bhaturas.

Soft and Sweet Yummy Bhaturas are ready.
