1 cupall-purpose flour (maida)
3/4 cuprice flour
1/2 cupsemolina flour (sooji)
1 cupmilk
cubesJaggery
1/2plate shredded coconut flakes (sweetened)

Mix the flour with milk and make a fine paste.

Put the jaggery in heated pan as it liquifies pour the coconut flakes and blend well

Take batches out of the wet paste and pour it in the pan like pancakes and put a little amount of coconut/jaggery mix and wrap it around.
