Tangy beetroot soup

Boil tomatoes and beetroot well in pressure cooker.cool down and then blend it to smooth gravy type mixture. Strain it with help of strainer now we will have a smooth pulpy mixture ready for our soup.

Now in a pan heat some butter add onions ginger garlic chilli to saute add spices like clove,,etc and then pour our blended soup in it.

On low medium flame let it cook very well add boiled peas also salt pepper and mix well. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
