Ingredients

30 minutes
5-6 servings
  • 250 gmTomato
  • 200 gmsugar (jaggery)
  • 1 tspOil
  • 1/2 tspFennel seeds
  • 1/2 tspKalongi(onion seeds)
  • 1 tspGinger

  1. 1

    Wash and cut the tomato.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in pan. Add ginger kalongi and fennel seeds. Saute for minute. Add tomato cook for 5minutes add sugar cook until sugar dissolve. Add little water cook for water evaporate.
