Soak separately all lentils overnight. Both chana and Rajma in one pot, rest in another pot. And next day boil it in Pressure Cooker, until cooked properly.

Dice Tomatoes, Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilli and grind it into fine paste.

In a pot heat Oil. Add Bay Leaf and Hing. Add paste into it and let it cook properly. Add all powdered spices. Mix well and let it cook. Now add 2 tbsp Cream in the gravy. Once done add boiled lentils into it. Let it simmer all-together for some time. Garnish with Coriander. Serve hot with Chapati/Jeera Rice. Enjoy Meal!
