Heat a pan add milk and boil it for once and add semolina gradually and mix it continuously otherwise it will be lumpy and then add sugar, ghee and crushed cardamom and cook it till it looks like a dough.

Now do equal parts of semolina dough of a lemon size and give it the shape of balushahi.

Now deep fry all the balashali on medium flame.

Garnish the balushahi with roasted sesame seeds and muskmelon seeds.Rava Balushahi is ready.
