Raspberry Sauce (Raspberry Purée) Raspberry Sauce (Raspberry Purée)
If you use frozen berries, they will release more juice when being heated than fresh berries. (The same goes for strawberries and blueberries.)I love raspberries but they have so many seeds that leave a bad taste in my mouth, which is why I strain them. If you want to leave a few for a grainy texture, leave out 1/3 of the berries when straining in Step 3.Step 4: You can cook the berries until they're as thick as you want, but generally they should be done about 2-3 minutes after it starts to boil. It will harden as it cools, so don't boil it down too much. You can use frozen or fresh raspberries, but if you use fresh ones, freeze them first because of the reason noted above. Easy Microwaved Strawberry Sauce Easy Microwaved Strawberry Sauce
I made this sauce because frozen strawberries were on sale. For Reduced Sugar Strawberry Jam, see.I've used frozen strawberries (pre-cut) for this recipe. This dish won't keep long since it's not strawberry jam. So you should eat it as soon as you can. If you microwave it for about 2 1/2 minutes, it will become more like jam so it will last longer. Use the sauce accordingly. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan -

Hollandaise Sauce for Asparagus Hollandaise Sauce for Asparagus
I wanted to serve white asparagus with a delicious sauce, so I consulted German recipe sites and cookbooks to create this recipe.Recipes that are a few years old call for cracked black pepper, but more recent versions tend to call for white pepper. For Step 2, I put the bowl over a boiling pot of potatoes. Do not use a double boiler as the heat will be too hot. Recipe by Popotankobu cookpad.japan -

Alluring French Toast Topped with Strawberry Sauce Alluring French Toast Topped with Strawberry Sauce
I got some in-season strawberries for cheap, so I wanted to make some luxurious French toast with them!If you don't mash up the strawberries, it will be nice and chunky. With an easy, lumpy strawberry sauce, you can make this rich French toast any time! There's nothing really difficult to this recipe, so I guess if I have to say something, just be careful not to over-cook the sauce or the French toast! Lemon Butter Sauce Lemon Butter Sauce
This smooth buttery creamy sauce is mildly lemony but not too heavy so that it doesn't overpower the wonderful cod! I served it over spaghetti squash and my green beans and it was heavenly! Brenda -
Beef with Cream Sauce Beef with Cream Sauce
I ate a Swiss dish for the first time at my friend's house in Switzerland. The friend gave me a Swiss recipe book, so I tried to cook the same dish I had eaten. This dish is called 'Zürcher Geschnetzeltes' in Switzerland. The original is veal with cream sauce. Serving it with Rösti, Swiss hash brown potatoes, is the most standard way. Season the beef and sauce well, and the dish will be more delicious. This dish is good for pasta sauce too.
