Cut and wash your spinach

Cook for 15 minutes with the lid closed. Do not add water. Then drain and set aside.

On the same pot, fry onion, garlic, robot peppers with butter for 3 minutes.

Add salt and black pepper and fry for a further 2 minutes.

Add your spinach, fresh cream and mixture of flour and milk. Cook until spinach is ready.

Always check for salt and pepper taste.
