Daikon Radish & Egg in Beef Stock Soup Daikon Radish & Egg in Beef Stock Soup
When I have a lot of time I make a soup from beef bones and large chunks of daikon radish. Daikon radish tastes delicious when combined with beef stock. This soup is really filling and satisfying, since you get spoonfuls of ingredients you can actually chew on.If the heat of the soup is too low when you add the egg, then the egg may disperse and cause your soup to go cloudy, so be careful. Also it's important not to interfere with the soup for a while after you've just added the egg. Once the egg is fluffy and has risen to the surface, then by all means give the mixture a stir. Soy Sauce Broth Ramen Soy Sauce Broth Ramen
It's been 4 years since I started making homemade ramen as a hobby. Recently, I've finally been able to come close to my ideal flavors, so I uploaded the recipe here as a note to myself. The noodles here are low in moisture and very hard. I think they would be very hard to roll out without a pasta machine or noodle-making machine. If you are going to roll them out by hand, add 100 to 200 g of water to the amounts given. That is the ratio I used to use when I used to roll my noodles out by hand. Recipe by Homard Ebiko cookpad.japan -

This recipe is very Japanese dish, like one of the Japanese kaiseki. Simmered in lightly seasoned broth for a little bit longer time (about 20 ~ 30 mins) with a low heat. Eat with the thickened broth. For your taste, when thickening, you can add a small quantity of sake and soy sauce. It's also good to have cool tofu with warm thickened broth. Rie -

Vegetable Broth for Maak Kook Soo Vegetable Broth for Maak Kook Soo
Today for lunch we will have Maak Kook Soo, a Koran style noodles. It is the most simple, popular and inexpensive meal in Korea. Koreans would have this noodle soup when they needed to grab a quick bite to eat, or when they just simply didn’t want to spend too much for a meal. In Korea, dried fish ( myoroochi) would be added to the broth also. All it needed was a good broth, noodles and some kimchi. It took no time to have it ready. You could walk in to a noodle place, called out your order, and by the time you sat down, reached for the chopsticks, a steaming hot bowl of noodles with some green onion and some julienned stir fried squash would be right in front of you. Of course it would take a little longer during rush hour-lunch time. 2choi
