Steps

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl except water and oil for deep frying.

Rub with your hand to make khasta.

Then slowly add required amount of water to make a tight dough.

Make big size balls from the dough and then roll them and cut them with the help of a knife.

Heat oil in a Kadai and then deep fry them till they become golden brown in low flame.

Now your methi namakpare are ready to serve.
