Chickpeas and vegetables sandwich

Take a bowl and mash the chickpeas using a fork

Then add all the vegetables inside

Add mayo, mustard sauce, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Toast two slices of bread and spread some butter onto the bread first. Then spoon some of the chickpea salad on top. Cover with the second slice of bread
