Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupself rising flour
  • 2/3regular corn flour
  • 2 tbspnsugar
  • 1tspn baking powder
  • 1/4tspn salt
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 2large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 tbspnvanilla essences

Steps

    Combine all dry ingredients

    Combine all wet ingredients

  3. 3

    Whisk both together just to blend and make a smooth pour-able batter

  4. 4

    Heat pan into medium heat

  5. 5

    Cook your pancakes and flip to other side to finish cooking.
